Hi, I usually don't do this because I've never experienced good enough customer service to compliment on.
But I'm just writing to let you know about the two AMAAAAZING staff who we were served by earlier today.
We had booked a room (table 100) from 12.30pm till 2pm for my younger siblings birthday.
One of the staff was called Terina and the other I did not catch her name, but I think her name badge started with an 'S' and had an 'i' somewhere in there
(she was wearing gold hoop earrings if that helps)...sorry I'm not much help with this one but I would just really like to thank them for giving my family and I such an awesome experience.
They were so lovely, extremely friendly and super helpful, with the best attitude, they really have the best customer service I personally have ever received anywhere!! Keep it up! -Michelle :)

The Verandah catered my wedding at Te Miro Woolshed on 10th Feb 2018.
Right from day one communication with Sam was excellent and the high standard was maintained by everyone in the team.
I felt confident knowing that the Verandah wouldn't let me down on my wedding day and I was correct.
The food was fresh, delicious, presented in a unique way and it was plentiful.
All dietary requirements were catered too and my guests LOVED the food. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Verandah provide loads of options, cater for all of our specific requirements including allergies and they are super reliable.
Hassle free catering is a massive bonus for me as it allows me to get on with other work.

Sam and the team from The Verandah catering team were absolutely fantastic!!
We got married at the Te Miro Woolshed on the 18th November.
We could not fault our food, our guests were all extremely impressed with the quality and the style of catering.
It was very tasty, healthy and presented in a very unique way (Tapas style).
Sam and the team were great to deal, nothing was too much to ask!
We highly recommend The Verandah Catering.

Thank you very much, Sam, the chefs, and the FOH team at the Verandah for the most fantastic catering for our VIP function held during the Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival.
All our guests raved about the food and wanted to know about the caterers. You delivered above and beyond our expectations, and I cannot speak highly enough about working with you - from your input and suggestions during the planning period, meeting onsite to ensure that all the small details were covered off, and the service and professionalism of your team on the night.
As for the food, it was absolutely sumptuous. Thank you for your “can do” attitude, suggestions, and commitment to deliver the best and exceed expectations.
