The challenge of a busy kitchen with a wide range of production areas is Fiona’s specialist area. Sound experience enables Fiona to develop a wide range of menus to suit all client tastes, whilst also responding to all client dietary requests. With The Verandah’s policy of ”fresh is best”, Fiona and her team are able to produce superb food for your next event.
Jenn Kerr - Sous Chef
The challenge of running a large kitchen needs a complete team. Our Sous Chef provides that essential support to the Chef Manager, taking a major role in the day to day operation of the kitchen, its staff and resources. Our Sous Chef is tasked with maintaining The Verandah’s food safety requirements, ensuring all practices, products and environments are to the highest standard
Sam Immers - Catering Coordinator
Sam has worked alongside many talented chefs both in Hamilton, Auckland & abroad, catering to Corporate clients, backstage catering, product launches, Film catering, weddings and many other events.
Sam is proud of the quality and high standard of food and service that The Verandah offers. Sam brings to the business his passion for food, hospitality and excellence & experience of event management, that he shares with his clients & work colleagues on a regular basis.
